100zz Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 100zz platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By registering or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 100zz platform — including the website, mobile app and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

To use the 100zz platform, you must:

  • At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
  • Is a resident or domicile of Malaysia who is legally eligible to use online entertainment services
  • Not listed as a prohibited or restricted individual by any relevant regulatory body
  • Register using information that is truthful, accurate and up to date
  • Not representing or acting on behalf of any third party without prior written authorisation from 100zz

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 100zz platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration & Identity Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 100zz platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other requested details. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal — documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card or passport.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs within your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless there is evidence of unauthorised access that has been promptly reported to the 100zz support team.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All information provided to 100zz is accurate and up to date at all times
  • No use of third-party software, bots or automated scripts to manipulate games or systems
  • The account is not used for fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful activity
  • You do not share account access with any other individual
  • You comply with all applicable local laws in Malaysia while using the platform

Any breach of the above responsibilities entitles 100zz to suspend or close an account without prior notice and without liability to the user.

3. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 100zz platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Supported payment methods include TNG e-Wallet, FPX (online banking transfer), DuitNow QR, and local bank transfers.

Deposit

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation by the payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — deposits via TNG and DuitNow are typically instant, while bank transfers may take up to a few hours. 100zz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered by the user. A completed KYC is required for your first withdrawal. 100zz reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 working hours.

Incorrect or Disputed Transactions

In the event of an unauthorised transaction or technical error, users must report it to the 100zz support team within 48 hours. 100zz reserves the right to reverse or adjust any transaction found to have occurred as a result of a system error, fraud or platform misuse.

4. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

Grounds for Account Suspension

100zz reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for the following reasons:

  • Identity verification (KYC) not yet completed
  • Suspicious or unusual account activity
  • Withdrawal requests requiring additional review
  • Complaints or reports related to an account under investigation
  • Court orders or requests from legitimate authorities

During a suspension period, the account cannot be used for any transactions. Users will be contacted to resolve the relevant issue.

Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed by 100zz under the following circumstances:

  • Confirmed fraud or attempted fraud
  • Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
  • Use of bots, automated software or other unauthorised means
  • Repeated breaches of terms following prior warnings
  • Legal action requiring account closure

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of their account balance. For closures unrelated to a breach, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their own account by contacting 100zz customer support.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

100zz is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (internet outages, third-party service provider failures), or losses resulting from user error. 100zz's maximum liability is limited to the amount of active deposits in the user's account at the time of the incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 100zz platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software and source code — is the exclusive property of 100zz or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit any content without prior written authorisation from 100zz.

Third-Party Links

The 100zz platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment processors. 100zz does not control the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any losses or issues arising from the use of such third-party services.

6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Amendments to Terms

100zz reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clear update date. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the update date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 100zz platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
